Axjo’s processing reels, made from high-performance ABS, are tailored to meet specific industry needs and comply with DIN 46395 or custom specifications. Designed for extruder speeds up to 2500 meters/min, they are ideal for take-up, twisting, stranding, bunching, and laying up. Available with barrels in ABS, aluminum, or steel, and coatings customized to your requirements, these reels combine durability and versatility. Features include high-strength steel fasteners with unique locking nuts, and each reel undergoes individual quality inspection before shipping. Optional features include non-standard traverse widths, colored flanges, and various bushing materials.
