Welcome Ylber och Elmir to the Axjo team

We welcome Ylber Dobra and Elmir Smajlovic, who have been part of team Axjo for just over a month.
Ylber comes closest from Plast AB Orion in Anderstorp. There he worked as Production Supervisor, which will also be his role here at Axjo. He is responsible for and develops the work on the production floor together with his team consisting of operators and optimizers. The job also includes being responsible for personnel planning, development, leading and monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring the necessary routines are in place to get the best possible production flow. Lean production and streamlining of processes is a large part of his work and something he is very passionate about.
Elmir comes most recently from Thule Sweden AB in Hillerstorp, where he worked as a team leader on tool maintenance/new assembly. Here at Axjo, he works as the Workshop Manager in our workshop that consists of six people. He leads and distributes work in the workshop and is in close contact with the design and production department for both new and existing molds.
