JOHAN LARSSON

How long have you been at Axjo America?
I have been part of the Axjo Group since 2014, supporting the US operations since 2015 but moved to the US full-time in January 2021.
What are your day- to-day tasks?
My daily tasks include managing all technical aspects of the plant and ensure that every piece of equipment is operating efficiently and safely. I am also responsible for all machinery investments on new and current equipment to ensure production efficiency, safety, and quality.
Where were you prior to joining Axjo America?
School!
What do you like most about your current role and working at Axjo America?
The great group of people I am working with on a daily basis. It is also a very technically oriented environment with lots of new technology, equipment and ideas which is an environment I thrive in and most times the path from idea to execution is really short which makes us an ever changing and evolving company which is positively challenging and fun!
What is one personal accomplishment you would like to achieve in the nearest future?
Get back into running – maybe a 10K.
ISAK MARELIUS ROSSA

How long have you been at Axjo America?
I’ll start February 14th, but I’ve worked remotely towards Axjo America from our parent company Axjo Plastic for the past year and a half.
What are your day- to-day tasks?
Supporting and developing the existing IT solutions we are using, such as the ERP, WMS, OEE, Azure and on-prem servers.
Where were you prior to joining Axjo America?
I’ve worked at Axjo Plastic, our Swedish parent company, for the past three years where I started off as an operator, went on to be a lead supervisor, and then got the opportunity to join Axjo Academy in the IT-department. I spent a year in the Academy and then got the position of IT Tech, which is my title, prior to my move to Axjo America.
What do you like most about your current role and working at Axjo America?
The incredible versatility in the day-to-day work. Working in IT gives you exposure to every single aspect of a company such as production, finance and sales. In addition to that, the great mindset that I get to experience from my coworkers.
What is one personal accomplishment you would like to achieve?
To grow as a person, both in my private life but also workwise. Hopefully the move to the US will help with that! 😊
