How long have you been at Axjo America?
A very short time, only since October 26th 2022
What are your day- to-day tasks?
I have the responsibility of being Company President for Axjo America
Where were you prior to joining Axjo America?
I was president of a company named Fibrix, LLC that made nonwoven polyester products for various industries.
What do you like most about your current role and working at Axjo America?
Working with an excellent team that are driven and care about the future of Axjo.
What is one personal accomplishment you would like to achieve before the end of the year?
Take time to connect with family and complete open projects at home.
ROBIN SIGMON

How long have you been at Axjo America?
I have worked at Axjo America since July of this year.
What are your day- to-day tasks?
My responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, monthly close along with financial reporting to management, board, and bank.
Where were you prior to joining Axjo America?
I have worked as controller for several manufacturing facilities – most of my experience has been with fabric label manufacturing and flour mill production.
What do you like most about your current role and working at Axjo America?
The opportunity to gain experience and learn is exciting; I am constantly learning something new. We also have a talented team to work with, both in the US and Sweden!
What is one personal accomplishment you would like to achieve before the end of the year?
Spend more one-on-one time with my four-year-old Jackson!
RAQUEL ARGUELLES

How long have you been at Axjo America?
I have been with Axjo since September 2021.
What are your day- to-day tasks?
My main responsibilities are HR and Finance Support. I work on AR daily as well as other general finance functions. Within the HR function, I onboard and offboard team members as needed daily/weekly. Hiring of new team members and assist the team with everyday HR questions.
Where were you prior to joining Axjo America?
I came from Massachusetts working for various PE/VC firms and Endowment Shops in the Boston area.
What do you like most about your current role and working at Axjo America?
We have a uniquely diversified team in the US bringing years of experience from different aspects of manufacturing as well as non-manufacturing which I believe sets us apart and creates a unique blend of ideas and a fantastic team dynamic. I am very proud to be part of the Axjo America!
What is one personal accomplishment you would like to achieve before the end of the year
Checking off my open item(s) list from my bucket list of house projects.
