Axjo releases updated app and web form to simplify product returns

Axjo, a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions in the wire and cable industry and small storage solutions, is proud to announce the launch of its updated app and web form. This innovative platform makes it easy for customers to return used products to Axjo, offering not only significant environmental benefits but also financial compensation for their engagement.

This milestone not only streamlines our take-back system for these products but also extends it to include items such as Autostore Bins, pallets, and NKT Qaddys. The updated app has been developed over the course of the year, with every feature optimized to ensure user-friendliness. "One of the most important aspects of this project was creating a functional solution for our customers. The app and web form have been designed with our customers' time and focus in mind. Returning a product should be simple and smooth. I hope we have succeeded in this and that our users find the interface intuitive," says Sara Ekstrand, Customer Success Manager and project leader for the initiative.

Through this initiative, Axjo aims to take back the products that enter the market, further strengthening the company's commitment to sustainability.
