What is Axjo Academy?

Axjo Academy is a one-year, personalized development program that combines theoretical courses—in partnership with leading universities and training centers—with hands-on projects. Each participant is assigned practical tasks, and participants complete at least one project at one of our international locations.

Our past Academy programs have focused on areas such as sales, R&D, IT, and technical departments. Every Academy graduate to date has secured a permanent position within Axjo after completing the program!
